Extract the ZIP
Unzip the downloaded file. Inside, you’ll find quik_v.2.0.5.jsx
and helpful documentation.
Locate Your Scripts Folder
Open your After Effects installation directory and navigate to:
• Windows:
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe After Effects <version>\Support Files\Scripts\ScriptUI Panels\
• Mac:
/Applications/Adobe After Effects <version>/Scripts/ScriptUI Panels/
Copy the Panel File
Move the extracted quik_v.2.0.5.jsx
file into your ScriptUI Panels
folder.
Enable Scripting in After Effects
Open After Effects.
Go to Edit > Preferences > Scripting & Expressions
(or After Effects > Preferences > Scripting & Expressions
on Mac).
Check “Allow Scripts to Write Files and Access Network”.
Restart After Effects
Close and reopen After Effects to load the new panel.
Open the Panel
In After Effects, go to the Window
menu.
Scroll down and select Quik AE Tools to open the panel.
Dock or arrange it wherever you want!
